Helping Hands started as moving labor and grew into the rest of it the honest way - by noticing what customers actually needed while we were standing in their living rooms.

People moving are downsizing, and they need things gone. People who just moved have empty rooms and need things cheap. People clearing out a parent's house need all three at once and have nobody to call. So we do all three.

Love For Thrift began as a storefront on Lincoln Highway in North Versailles. It's online now - Facebook group, catalog on this site, pickup and meet-ups around the Mon Valley - but it's the same operation and the same people.
